With 2020 coming to a close, we are reminded as we head into 2021 that the celebration of the New Year focuses on a fresh start and renewal. With the unprecedented situations that 2020 has handed everyone, we look to 2021 especially for a completely fresh start.

This past year has changed how the world operates. You may find yourself working from home, your children schooling from home, or just find yourself spending more time in your house than you normally would. If you are anything like us this may have conjured up a feeling of staleness and the motivation to renovate or change up your spaces. Believe it or not, this Scottish Highland Cow is a local Upstate New York-er! With this brand new piece by photographer Shawn LaChapelle, it’s easy to give your space that rustic feel that Upstate is known so well for.

We love work by Beth Dacey because of it’s versatility. Her paintings can easily add that vintage inspiration to your décor, or depending on the subject and how you style it, a much more rustic farmhouse appeal.
