New Year, New Art

With 2020 coming to a close, we are reminded as we head into 2021 that the celebration of the New Year focuses on a fresh start and renewal. With the unprecedented situations that 2020 has handed everyone, we look to 2021 especially for a completely fresh start.

This past year has changed how the world operates. You may find yourself working from home, your children schooling from home, or just find yourself spending more time in your house than you normally would. If you are anything like us this may have conjured up a feeling of staleness and the motivation to renovate or change up your spaces. What better time than this winter to explore the options of new artwork; a quick and simple way to reinvigorate your rooms without breaking out the sledgehammer and taking down walls.

Scroll down to view some of our latest work that our artists have conjured up while also finding more time at home or in their studios. We’ve even included a sneak peak to our newest represented artist, David Noalia!

Believe it or not, this Scottish Highland Cow is a local Upstate New York-er! With this brand new piece by photographer Shawn LaChapelle, it’s easy to give your space that rustic feel that Upstate is known so well for.

We love work by Beth Dacey because of it’s versatility. Her paintings can easily add that vintage inspiration to your décor, or depending on the subject and how you style it, a much more rustic farmhouse appeal.

Upstate is also known for its snowy mountains and winter sports. (We even hosted the Winter Olympics just a few hours north of here!) With this brand new painting by Craig Mooney, you can bring the feeling of the slopes home, or even decorate your winter cabins.

Add a calming touch to your décor with work by Leslie Berenson. You don’t have to have a nautical theme for these paintings to compliment your space. These neutral colors work just about anywhere!

Simonini, “Luella”, 5x7

Changing up your space doesn’t have to be a big commitment! We love the animal portraits from artist Ray Simonini because they are an easy and inexpensive way to bring character and personality to your space.

Noalia, “Romantico”, 40x48

This is a sneak peak at our latest artist, David Noalia. Hailing from across the Atlantic Ocean in Spain, Noalia explores Equine artwork with a Spanish and Colorful twist. What better way to shake up your decor than with artwork from our newest artist exclusively represented by us in the USA!

Having trouble finding the perfect piece to suit your space? We invite you to take advantage of our art superimposing service. Simply email spafineart@aol.com a picture of your wall with measurements of surrounding furnishings, and we will digitally "install" your favorite artwork for you!
